Three more plow trucks join Town of Brookhaven’s fleet of utility and plow vehicles. These trucks will be on the roads, clearing snow this winter!
Coram Fire Department
Congratulations to Coram Fire Department on their brand new chief’s vehicle! This vehicle is equipped with a Code 3 lighting package, sirens, radios, a custom command box and console, laptop mount, flashlight chargers, and much more.
Manhasset-Lakeville Fire Department
Manhasset-Lakeville has received their new fuel truck! Fire trucks can have very demanding fuel requirements, not to mention the additional generators on scene. In order to prevent the need to detour or leave an emergency scene for gas, the fuel truck can make the run instead.
Town of Brookhaven
The Town of Brookhaven has taken delivery of five brand new winter utility vehicles! These trucks have Arctic plows, as well as heavy duty dump beds, that can be equipped with sand/salt dispensers. If the winter gets rough, you can bet on seeing these on the road!
